To use our services you must be: over 18 years of age, a resident of Latin America with the right to remain, in possession of a valid bank account in your name, and able to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse applications that do not meet eligibility criteria.
4. Representative Rates
Rates shown on our website are representative APRs. Your personal rate may vary according to your credit history, financial circumstances, property value and the specific lender. Your adviser will provide a personalised illustration before any formal application.
5. Fees and Charges
Initial consultation and advice are completely free and no-obligation. An arrangement fee may apply on certain loan products. This fee will always be clearly disclosed in your personalised Key Facts Illustration before you commit to proceed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Business & House Loan acts as an intermediary. Final lending decisions are the responsibility of the individual lender. We cannot guarantee approval of any application. Our liability is limited to providing fair, clear and unbiased advice in accordance with applicable regulation.
